This is not simply a sightseeing tour, but also a vivid lesson in biology and conservation. To understand animal behavior is the first step toward understanding how to protect the biodiversity of our planet.
Unveiling the habits of the “hunters of the night”
In darkness, the order of nature shifts. This is the time when predators display extraordinary survival skills that are rarely seen during the day.
Leopards and Clouded Leopards
Masters of silence, these cats are perfectly adapted to the night. Thanks to a reflective layer in the retina known as the tapetum lucidum, they are able to gather far more light than human eyes can. Visitors may observe the way they move soundlessly, stalking through foliage with remarkable patience and focus.
Marbled Cats / other nocturnal wild cats
Behind their calm daytime appearance lies the agility and sharp instinct of a highly capable hunter. At night, they rely on their keen sense of smell to mark territory and navigate their surroundings when visibility is extremely limited.
Hyenas
Do not let their seemingly slow or awkward daytime behavior fool you. At night, hyenas reveal their intelligence, strong social bonds, and highly developed communication. Their famous “laughter” is in fact a complex vocal system used to keep contact with the group and intimidate rivals.
A 60-minute night expedition
This journey has been thoughtfully designed to help visitors enter the world of nocturnal animals as naturally as possible.
A combination of transport and exploration
The 60-minute experience includes both a quiet electric cart ride and a guided walking segment, allowing visitors to conserve energy while still getting close to specially selected animal habitats.
A world of stillness
Far from the noise of traffic, the night tour immerses you in a setting filled only with the rustling of leaves and the distant calls of animals. It is a rare chance to experience a sense of wilderness right in the middle of the city.
