- Free admission for persons with disabilities and visitors in special hardship circumstances
- 50% discount on admission for accompanying caregivers/support persons
- 20% discount on the zoo train and electric cart services

Visitors must present a valid certification letter or an officially endorsed list issued by a competent authority or organization in accordance with legal regulations.
For people with meritorious service to the nation
This includes veteran revolutionary officials, pre-uprising officials, relatives of martyrs, Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces, Heroes of Labour, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, beneficiaries of policies equivalent to war invalids, sick soldiers, and other eligible persons receiving care at dedicated service centers in accordance with the law.
